Gildor: Succes Through A Timeless Blend of Folk and Americana

    Release of Debut Album

    In 2021, after being discovered by UK music veteran Sandy Roberton, Gildor recorded a debut album with the help of legendary session musicians. After Roberton's passing, the album got sidetracked, but was ultimately released on Polymoon Music in 2023.

    "Silent River" was well received and reached a wide audience. The album was included in prominent Spotify playlists such as 't Koffiehuis. Gildor performed live on NPO Radio 1 and Radio 2, where he was a guest multiple times.

    In 2024, Gildor worked on his second album, "Long Way Round", which explores a more psychedelic and atmospheric sound inspired by artists like Crosby, Stills & Nash and Jonathan Wilson. For this project, he experimented with innovative recording techniques in natural environments.

    Gildor’s music has taken him not only to Dutch stages but also to international venues. In January 2025, he performed in Wellington, New Zealand, where he presented his signature warm sound to a new audience.

Gildor continues to expand on his musical progression. With the development of his fourth album, for which he received support from the Amarte Fund, he is focusing on a minimalist approach and experimenting with innovative recording techniques in natural spaces. His music continues to evolve and progress.

Noa Lee: making strides in Indie Pop, bending genre borders along the way

    In 2023, Noa Lee was named Spotify's EQUAL ambassador for Belgium, resulting in an impressive appearance on a Times Square billboard in New York.

    The debut album 'Airship', released on October 20, 2023, was met with praise and achieved nearly 300,000 streams on Spotify within three days, over time the album accumulated over a million streams on Spotify alone.

The singles were strategically released to narrate the story in line with the calm vibe of Rosa Butsi’s music, building anticipation for an impactful album release. This was complemented by a precise social strategy, optimization, and advertisement. Two weeks before the release, Rosa Butsi announced her tour, including a headline show with Noa Lee at AB in Brussels. To sustain momentum, she did a Wonderland session at VRT1.

The album release was celebrated by sending fruit baskets to all supporters. The album secured prominent store placements on DSPs, and through a solid physical setup via [PIAS], CDs, and LPs were available widely. Promotional efforts by the sales team provided the album with a necessary kickstart, with stores in the Benelux territory actively ordering, making the album available online worldwide. Rosa Butsi also did an Instore at BXL Central.

In Belgium, a strong promotional alliance resulted in numerous press articles, with the highlight being the Focus Knack article featuring fellow label artist Noa Lee. The six-piece article emphasized friendship and the shared commitment to creating heartfelt music, making it a notable feature in one of Belgium’s most influential magazines. All prominent press outlets acclaimed the music, including 4 stars in Het Nieuwsblad and Dansende Beren, alongside great reviews in De Standaard and HBVL.

To extend the campaign, Rosa Butsi recorded several ‘acoustic’ versions in the Moon Studio as a present for the commitment of fans, and it is resonating across platforms at this moment.

    The production of Tayyib Ali & Golvendans is entirely provided by Polymoon. Vocals are largely recorded in LA, and all tracks are produced in the Netherlands at Moon Music Studios.

    With the (re)activation of the target group, we are steadily working on different tracks. The first singles were included in influential playlists such as Movement, Jazz Rap, and BARS.

    There is airplay on RTBF and Bruzz in Belgium. And Hip-hop N-more and Worldwide Hip-Hop wrote praised reviews about the songs. By evangelizing the individual stories of the songs, we reach the target group.
